blameless Every accident or illness that prevents the service will not affect the right of workers to earn revenue for a period of three (3) months, if their length of service is less than five (5) years and six (6) months whichever is longer. In cases that workers were loading family and by the same circumstances, it was unable to attend work, the periods for which shall be entitled to their remuneration be extended to six (6) and twelve (12) months, respectively, depending on whether their age is less than or greater than five (5) years.
